Auto Detail Bay & Glass Inc. did a superb job on my scratched car. I unfortunately scratched it on an underground parking pole which I'm sure happens to a lot of people, but now I can drive around again with a smile on my face. Not only has my car been restored but it was also the best price out of all the quotes I received. Raphael's customer service has been consistently professional, polite, as well as prompt. Auto Detail Bay has demonstrated a high level of efficiency, dedication and excellence in their work with my car. I am a proud owner of a 1992 Honda Accord and have obtained the car as a pre owned vehicle. Upon purchase of the car, its window tint condition was deplorable, especially on the rear windows to the extent that some repair shops even claimed that it was “impossible” to remove the tint and replacement of the glass would be the only option. However Auto Detail Bay workers showed a high level of expertise in assessing the matter, and undertook the challenging task with the utmost proficiency and care. They handled the car in a careful and patient manner as they worked toward a flawless finish. I am very happy with their pricing as it was affordable and the materials were of the best quality. I am very grateful for the work that they conducted on my car’s windows as it has been restored to perfect condition, giving the car a great look and saving me a lot of money. I am very impressed with the way that Auto Detail Bay treats their customers and puts the needs of the customer and car first. Their workshop provides a friendly atmosphere as employees are friendly, honest, courteous and professional. The Shop is kept in top notch condition and I appreciate how the clean environment reflects the clean work that is conducted. Not only did you offer the best price, but more importantly the end result of the product speaks for itself.
